Not until yesterday that the question as to who will sing the Philippine National Anthem was answered. There are rumors that its gonna be Charice Pempengco but its not. It was reported on Philippine local news that Arnel Pineda will sing the National Anthem. According to him, “I’m really happy, this is my third invitation from Manny and I’m happy this is finally pushing through.”
