Obama Speech Tonight is Not the State of the Union Address

First, I dont know what happened to my blog. Gush, I have to undergo template change again. I really dont like changing my blog's template. This template has been giving me luck these past days. But then I think I should change the template though, otherwise no one will read my blog contents again.


As far as this post is concerned, it says it all, that is, the Obama Speech tonight is not the State of the Union Address. What will happen tonight is that President Obama is going to address a joint session in Congress. That is according to the US Constitution,among others, the President shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union.
