So, I could not afford to miss Monk episodes. On February 20, 2009 will be Monk Season 7 Episode 15 (s07e15) Mr. Monk Fights City Hall. In this episode, Monk disagrees with the demolition of the parking garage where his wife died. With the course of the disagreement, Monks finds that a city official disappeared where such city official may be the only person who concedes with Mr. Monk.
