Being sentenced for 90 days on jail was because of using drugs and alcohol. She was being on probation but still she never done religiously the program. With that the court observed Lindsay never gave an effort and was given special treatment on the program she is having for rehabilitation. As she was talking to the judge she says she was taking responsibility unto her actions which was one of the concerns on her attitude when she was on probation.
