As has been reported, tonight will be the Hope for Haiti Telethon organized by George Clooney, Wyclef Jean and Anderson Cooper. According to MTV official website, in an interview to George Clooney, there will be more or less 130 to 140 actors and athletes joining the 2-hour event.
These participants are present in this event not as paid actors or professional athletes but they will merely be answering telephone calls from people all over the world willing to be a part of this fantastic project for the people of Haiti. Of course, as mentioned before, there will also be stars performing for the show (for the list, click this link, Watch ‘Hope For Haiti’ Live Streaming Online).
On the other hand, below are some of the names of actors and athletes whom you probably be talking to if you start picking that phone and dialing the numbers:
Brad Pitt, Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, Clint Eastwood, Denzel Washington, Halle Berry, Jon Stewart, Julia Roberts, Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon, Meryl Streep, Morgan Freeman, Nicole Kidman, Robert Pattinson, Samuel L. Jackson, Tom Hanks and Will Smith.
