Jeff Hardy is no way back in WWE. Jeff Hardy is arrested. Reports say that he will be charged with drug trafficking and possession of anabolic steroids. Jeff Hardy is specifically charged of felony trafficking in opium, two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, & felony possession of cocaine.

However, later news came that Jeff Hardy is not in jail anymore. He bailed out.
