Well, according to NY times, Michael Jackson birthday will still be celebrated as planned. In fact, the Brooklyn borough president will declare August 29, 2009 as Michael Jackson day. The birthday celebration will be held at Nethermead meadow in the center of Prospect Park. The venue is moved to Prospect Park to accommodate 10,000 fans who will witness the Michael Jackson birthday celebration.
