I decided to post about Heidi Montag performance in Miss Universe 2009 because this has been one of the controversial issue even before the start of the coronation night. As you can see in my previous post entitled "Miss Universe 2009 Performances/Performers" there are doubts and queries on why Heidi Montag will perform in today's Miss Universe 2009 beauty pageant.
