Miss Universe 2009 will be held at Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas on August 23rd at 9 PM ET. Watch 2009 Miss Universe live on NBC and Telemundo on said time. However, in other countries such as the Philippines, the Miss Universe 2009 will be held on August 24, 2009 at 9AM. Abs-cbn will have a live telecast for the 2009 Miss Universe.
