Hampton University Shooting is this true?

I don't have enough or full story Of this one yet but it was being told that a former student shoots a pizza delivery boy. What maybe is the cause again of this incident? Do drugs involve on this case? Or maybe it just because of argument where unintentionally the guy pulled trigger on the delivery man? How sad this news is. I am looking forward to see the video of this but for sure it is impossible to have such.
