To make the story short, Michael Phelps accepted this "Michael Phelps Bong Photo." Now there are no feedback yet as to whether or not Michael Phelps should be sanctioned with such an act.


Until now. USA swimming sanctioned Michael Phelps not to join any competition for three (3) months. This is because of his violation of the anti-doping rule. My question though is that, is there really any swimming competition for the moment. Anyway, whether or not there is a swimming competition, its a good news that an action has been given relating to the matter. Such a public figure like Michael Phelps is usually imitated by the young people. I am not saying that I am happy with the issue on Michael Phelps Suspended. But I guess it is right to say that not all our actions are without restrictions.
